Terms
Terms of Use
Effective August 18, 2026
Using the app
API Key Manager is a local credential organizer. You may use it only for credentials you are authorized to possess and for lawful purposes. You are responsible for complying with each provider's terms.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for your device security, credential rotation, backups outside the app, and any activity performed with credentials you save or copy. Do not share secrets with support.
Free and Pro
The Free plan supports up to three credentials. Pro unlocks unlimited credentials through a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription purchased from Apple. Prices may vary by storefront and taxes.
Renewal and cancellation
Apple bills subscriptions to your Apple Account for the billing period you select. Monthly and annual Pro renew automatically unless cancelled in your App Store subscription settings before the renewal date. Restores and refunds are subject to Apple policies.
Availability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every provider, or recovery of credentials deleted from your device.
Disclaimer
The app is provided as available without warranties to the extent permitted by law. It does not replace your provider's security controls, access policies, or backup practices.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the app, lost credentials, provider outages, or unauthorized access to your device.
Apple terms
Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement also applies where required by the App Store.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will revise the effective date. Questions can be sent to kai_natori@icloud.com.
