Overview
API Key Manager is designed to keep your credentials on your device. We do not operate an account system, analytics service, advertising service, or server that receives your saved API keys.
Data stored by the app
Credential names, provider names, environment labels, website addresses, notes, and dates are stored locally in the app database on your device. Secret API key values are stored separately in the iOS Keychain.
Data we collect
We do not collect personal information, usage analytics, device identifiers, location, contacts, photos, browsing history, or the credentials you save in the app.
Purchases
Pro subscriptions are purchased through Apple using StoreKit. Apple processes payment and transaction information under its own privacy policy. The app receives subscription status needed to unlock Pro features.
Clipboard
When you choose to copy a credential, the value is placed on the iOS clipboard. API Key Manager attempts to clear that copied value after a short delay. Other apps or system features may access clipboard contents according to your device settings.
Retention and deletion
Saved content remains on your device until you delete an entry or remove the app. API Key Manager does not keep a server copy and cannot restore deleted credentials. You can revoke any API key directly with its provider.
Sharing and third parties
We do not sell or share your app data with advertisers, data brokers, or analytics providers. Apple may process App Store purchases and operating system diagnostics under your Apple settings and Apple policies.
Children
API Key Manager is a developer utility and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy when the app changes. The effective date at the top of this page will show the latest revision.
